First, you need to decide what type of event you are planning. Consider what elements need to be incorporated into your plans. Once you've considered some details about your event, we'll review your plans and make some suggestions. We'll pay close attention to detail and you'll make all the final decisions.

Now we know what elements need to be priced, and we can begin to plan a budget based on the amount you intend to spend. By looking at the event as a whole, you have a better chance of staying within any pre-set budget you may have.

You will be given one or two proposal packages to choose from. One might allot more money for food and less for entertainment. Another might allot less for food and more on decorations. All proposals will total your budgeted amount. You choose how you'd like to spend it! Once you accept a proposal, we will make all the arrangements for you. We will contact all the vendors involved and order all items and services that are required to make your event a success

Most people ask immediately how we can offer this great service at NO FEE to our clients. The answer is simple. We are paid a commission, by the reputable vendors we use, to implement the event of your dreams. You will pay exactly the same amount for these services as you would if you spent all the time finding them directly. The bonus to you is the full time attention of a planner who works to make your event perfect, but you pay nothing for that service.
